ABOUT GLAZED STUDIOS
THE STORY
Glazed Studios was born from the belief that a space should make you feel something the moment you walk in calm, grounded, inspired, held.
I’m Mitch, the designer behind the studio. After seven years working across interiors, styling, set design, and creative direction, I wanted to create a studio that brings all those worlds together a place where texture, atmosphere and story matter just as much as the furniture in the room.
Glazed Studios is my way of designing spaces that don’t just look good in a photo they feel good in real life.
THE PHILOSOPHY
I design from mood and emotion first. Colour, texture, and light come next. Then the space unfolds like a story.
My approach is rooted in:
Warmth — spaces that feel inviting and lived-in
Texture — tactile layers that make you want to linger
Soul — a sense of depth, nostalgia, or meaning
Simplicity — considered, intentional choices over clutter
Character — nothing too perfect, nothing too polished

MY BACKGROUND
Before launching Glazed Studios, I spent years working hands-on in the interior world from retail design and styling to managing full renovations, concept creation, and creative direction.
I’ve designed homes, commercial spaces, brand sets, product shoots and styling projects across the UK. These experiences shaped the studio into what it is today a blend of creative instinct, lived experience, technical skill, and a deep love for colour, texture and mood.

I keep the process simple, human, and collaborative.

Glazed Studios is more than a design service. It’s a creative home for interiors, colour direction, styling, and the stories that shape how we live. My long-term vision is to expand into hospitality, creating design-led stays with warmth, atmosphere and character at their core. Spaces you remember long after you leave. For now, the studio sits at the intersection of creativity, story and soulful interior design and I’m grateful for every project that becomes part of that journey.
